Qualifications:
Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Texas.
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in this role.
Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including financial management, and regulatory compliance.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the community to ensure satisfaction and promote the facility's reputation.
Ensure the facility is well-maintained and in compliance with safety and health standards.
